I am an Abstract Expressionist working in collage with an emphasis on paper.  To elaborate on that - I just have this thing about paper.  It played into my work as a printmaker and carried over when I began working in mixed media.  I experiment with things made from paper, like maps, postmarked envelopes, old photos.  So, when you meld that artist mark, scrawled, raw, and visceral across a panel and then add gorgeous Chin Colle paper, I believe magic happens.
