Bettina Lancaster is a Bermudian born artist living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Being born on an island began a lifelong love of  the natural world. Animals, the color of the ocean, and all creatures are the subject of Bettina's work. Bears, elephants, snakes, and turtles figure prominently in her pieces. Bettina's palette is strongly influenced by the island world she was born , where houses were painted in pastel colors, and she swam with parrotfish as a child in the turquoise ocean. In 2014 Bettina and her studio and gallery were figured in the magazine "Where Women Create." Stepping into Bettina's studio is stepping into a world of gorgeous color, and dream inspired images.
